SHIPPING POLICY
We typically ship orders same day, or next business day depending on the time the order has been received.
Delivery estimates are targets and do not imply a delivery deadline. Estimates depends on the destination region.
Australia wide: (Please add 1-2 days for processing)
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
Express delivery: 1-2 business days
We use third parties for the delivery of orders and will not be liable if delivery is delayed due to reasons outside our control. Exceeding the above delivery estimates does not make us liable for compensation, but you may cancel the order if you wish.
Shipping is charged at the time of placing your order and will be itemised in your invoice prior to processing payment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will do our very best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your product, and nothing in our Returns & Exchange Policy attempts to modify or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL").
LETme Toys guarantees our products are free from defects in workmanship in the warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you have purchased a product through our website as a guest, please ensure that you keep your original tax invoice to validate this warranty.
Wooden products are not considered defective or faulty due to the nature of the wood, due to grains there may still be indentations and imperfections. Feel free to contact us (at psst@letmetoys.com.au) if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
The warranty is limited to defects in workmanship and does not extend to packaging.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper assembly, lack of reasonable care, loss of items, tampering or attempted repair by unauthorised persons.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete shipment of products, please (a) keep all products in its original packaging; (b) contact us (at psst@letmetoys.com.au) within 21 days; and (c) include the following in your message: your name, order number, and description of the defect or incomplete shipment.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product supplied to you is defective or breaches any of the consumer guarantees under the ACL. Your remedy under the ACL depends on the nature of the problem, fault, or failure. You can choose between a refund or replacement if the product has a major problem. If the problem is not major, we may choose the remedy – either a repair, replacement, or refund. If we choose to repair or replace the product, and fail to do so within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a refund for the goods.
If any part or component of a product purchased is broken within the warrantee period, other than through misuse or abuse, you may contact us at psst@letmetoys.com.au. Subject to the ACL, and your compliance with these terms, we will use our reasonable best efforts to replace the broken part. Our ability to replace broken parts is, subject to: (a) the availability of replacement parts for the product (e.g. availability of parts for discontinued products); (b) the economic feasibility of replacing broken parts; (c) evidence of product damage, abuse, or misuse beyond ordinary wear and tear (e.g. multiple lost or broken parts in a single product; multiple claims from a single customer, etc.); (d) any compliance, safety, and/or legal concerns we may have; and (e) our reasonable discretion in light of the applicable circumstances. Please note, broken parts will only be replaced to an Australian delivery address.
If you have a change of mind after purchasing a product, you may request an exchange or refund, provided (a) you notify us (at psst@letmetoys.com.au) within 21 days of the product delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase; (b) the product has not been used (You must handle the product and its packaging with care, the same way you would reasonably be allowed to do in a store); (c) the product is still in its original packaging and the packaging is in good condition, and (d) the product is returned within 21 days from the date on which you notified us; (e) return shipping for change of mind will be at your cost. If you return a product due to a change of mind, refunds, or exchange credits, to the full value of the goods are processed within 5 days from the day the return delivery is received at our warehouse. We will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
